Prospective Law allows you to read provisions as they will look in the future without the need to cross-reference amending provisions.
Providing a glimpse into the future, this valuable tool allows you to see how the law is due to change, when it is due to change, and what impact it may have on the way you work. Prospective versions are available regardless of whether an in-force date has been appointed.
On launch, 1,500 consolidated versions of prospective law are available to view for Acts from 2004 onwards. Key pre-2004 Acts will also have prospective versions available and more will be uploaded on an ongoing basis.
